You can go to your bank and order some foreign currency before you leave. Personally I'd just pick up about $200 worth at the airport (departure port) before boarding this way you have money for incidentals like transfers and a meal or two and use your ATM card (or credit card, but be careful for those fees) to withdraw money once you get there.

If you're looking into actually exchanging it, I would think all banks will do it or, if you're travelling, the airports usually have currency exchange kiosks.
